Burgers are so juicy yet not greasy?? Fries were so perfect and comparable to Five Guys (but way better!), with portions similar to Five Guys. Do not, I repeat, do not get the shakes. They are awful. I got the cheesecake shake and it was poured from some type handle like you're getting a margarita... it was light as air and tasted like whipped cream.. it wasn't even cold? Waste of $5. Everything else was delish. 8/10.

Great place overall. Simple streamlined menu that is affordable and easy. Burgers were very good, beef was tasty and toppings were fresh. My whole family enjoyed their burger. Fries were salty and delicious. If only I had left room to try a chocolate milkshake.
Had a recent lunch here. They are located at 380 and Hwy 5 in McKinney. Very unassuming place and older strip center. They do have indoor seating with some outdoor as well. Your order at the counter and they bring you your food. My order was for takeout. I had the bacon double cheeseburger double patty with fries crispy. Their normal fries are not crispy at all but very tasty. They give you a boatload as well. The photo with the fries is only 1/2 of what they gave me. Word of warning they just dump the fries into your paper bag directly. If you are getting to go the grease will eventually go through your bag. The burger was a good portion and very tasty and well cooked. This is not a gourmet burger, but an old fashioned diner type burger. They have a couple of sandwiches and hot dogs as well to offer. I stick with the burger. They can get very busy so keep that in mind.
Wow, first time I been to a place where they give you a bag of fries and the free toppings was awesome not to mention the delicious burger. Surprised this place was not crowed but it was 4pm. Appreciate the patriotic with the flag and military symbols.! (Meant to ask if they offer any military benefits?)
Stopped by here because I ask a person at Thomason Tires where I could find a good juicy burger. He pointed me to One & Only. Great suggestion!!! Burger was great, made the way I wanted (double with 3 slices if cheese) and HOT! I will be stopping by again when in the area.
You go to a mom and pop burger joint like this one for the food and not the atmosphere. It's a 100% burger spot and one of the best ones around. The fries are very fresh and Five Guys like freshly cut but the burger was crazy good. They don't hit you up for tips while paying the bill which is refreshing for nowadays even though they do have a cash tip jar at the register. I'd definitely be back.
